Quite right Mike, No one will find anything in Edgar. IPM is a Canadian Corporation. They file 20-F's. In their 16 years they have spent 34Mil $ on exploration. About 2/3 of that was spent by previous management from '81 to '89. The other 1/3 has been spent by current management, mostly on BRX. It is possible that there will be some revenues this year, there has been talk of a small pilot plant, just talk, mind you. What's happened in the past is meaningless, they are just getting this project proved up. From the stock price and volume action, I have to believe that some heavies are believing it -- why wouldn't I ???? Sweet dreams everybody. C L
