No wonder you don't hear much about EBI Securities. Evidently they are more in the casino business than the investment business. Just don't think banking on this to sell for a healthy premium is even on the edge of a rational bet. Imagine finding a buyer willing to pay big bucks for a company even though they have a 10K that doubts their ability to stay in business. Well i guess they do have a talented management team that has been able to accomplish the seemingly impossible by slashing sales and greatly increasing expenses and losses. These guys are a mess. Can anybody here honestly say they would go to work for them? Wonder how much EBI owns and at what price. I had an office in Denver once and called my guy there and he hadn't even heard of them.
