In my opinion, "Open Cable" is far too established to get bought out. I would look at it as MSFT "buying in."

I refer back to my earlier post, AT&T has no intention of letting a proprietary platform win. That won't happen. Michael Armstrong said that specifically on Moneyline yesterday.

In my opinion, AT&T has a bit more power than MSFT.
