why didn't "we" terminate "them"... well because that wasn't necessary. ITEL put out the notice that the deal was off. Are you miffed that Murphy didn't beat them to it?? What the point? Who cares who called it off first? This isn't "Divorce Court". The marriage is off, end of story. We have bigger issues to worry about, like when BOTH ITEL and DCTC will be trading again... Colin
