Colin - Disagree. DCI has to improve their public perception, just
as Mr Murphy addresses on the FAQ board about overcoming limitations
of being a BB company. We don't need a headline stating that a
"pink sheet" company didn't feel the terms of the merger would be
met, inferring that DCI was not "suitable" somehow.............V
