Thomas; This one , I think is the first ruling in calif. that a judge held a corp liable for an officers divorce, Heard a rumor that judge has been removed for something called meglomania and all his cases may have been reheard, But audre had to post a 18,000,000 cash bond to appeal that ruling which they didn't have at the time so they sought bk protection in hope to get a new judge, So i feel that the judge caused this nightmare and the state finally caught it
