what web name are you going to think of first to buy toys online? Etoys or toysrus? I think it's somewhat natural for customers new to the Internet to seek out the online versions of what they've known in the past. I.e., I'd say that as often as not, people will go to Amazon.com to buy what they used to buy at B&N or Borders. They also seek out the "newness" of the Internet; they want to see how the real Internet companies handle things. This may not be a significant force, but it's there to some extent. Randy
