When does the bullshit cease?

In the past two weeks Wcom (UUnet) announced a 500 mil deal with Fore Systems, Fortune magazine wrote that Cascade's CEO and CFO are not on the same page, and 3Com and US Robotics agreed to combine forces.

Need more? Cascade's CEO has registered to sell 100,000 of his shs.
