THC- I'm not sure if you know this, but TNT(Tatneft) is a Russian oil company. It went as low as 1 and change and it probably has bottomed due to the Russian crisis. Personally I wouldn't buy this company before Lukoil or Surganteneft(I somehow think I'm not spelling this name right). I don't have numbers to support this company, but they have a high debt and they are not very well run. Then again the Russian market was beaten up so bad. It didn't need to correct 95%. Created one of the best buying opportunities in stock history. Still very cheap. Just my opinion. shust
