I can not stand in YAHOO USAB board, so I come over here. I recommend USAB to change CD auction cut-off time from 12 noon to 4:00PM (NY time). The reason is that I watch the action in auction, most of activities are happen in 8:00 AM to 12:00 (noon), if we change cut-off time, the action will happen from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. THis will generate more traffic, what do you think?
