I just called and left a message for Reid Muoio, the SEC staff attorney apparently working this "case". I told him I was a shareholder and very concerned about the SEC's action and would like to ask him a few questions. You think he'll call me back??? I want to know: 1. Was this action instigated by a third party's "tip" to the SEC of some apparent wrongdoing (a la our hostile suitor friend)? 2. Why the trading suspension if the pooling of assets method of accounting is still acceptable while other companies are successfully using this method? Was there something in the financial statements that reeked of misrepresentation or obvious illegal activity? If anybody else has any questions they'd like to have asked let me know and if I can get through to Mr. Muoio and he is willing to discuss this with me I'll be sure to ask... --Bill
