As a relatively new investor in CSCC, I would be interested to hear what you have to say about their future prospects. Personally, I think their prospects are pretty strong (duh, why else would I have picked them up at this level). As a former Stratacom shareholder (now converted to CSCO), I watched these two companies battle it out. Even though they are competitors, I always felt that the pie that they're fighting for is pretty big and is getting alot bigger. CSCC should get more than their fair share.

As far as Mr. Smith selling some of his shares, I've watched other executives sell and almost sold my lot because of just this type of information. I almost sold my STRM because the CEO, Richard Moley, sold 15,000 shares at $55/share and it got me spooked. I talked to the company and they reassured me that the sky was not falling and that Mr. Moley regularly did that. Earnings came out a couple of weeks later and within 3 months the stock was up to $75/share.

I would be extremely interested to find out 1) how many shares does Mr. Smith currently have and 2) how many options does he have.
