Someone else does invest in this co. The 'e' is do to the fact that they are not reporting, but the 10k is to be filed may10 per the conf call last week. Big ? is if the merger with CWST is going to go thru. Something about this should be out next week or so. The price is beaten down right now and everything depends on the ratio CWST is going to give them. CWST has been falling all week on low volume. KTI has been a profitable co. but appears to have lost credibility with the street. There's a lot of money in trash and they operate in a region where there is a major demand for their services. Next week we should go back to 'ktie'. This is a good play and we should see middle teens soon. Regards evergreen
