The company said in an SEC filing that the annual meeting would be some time around May 15.

I don't think the selling has come from insiders -- they just don't own nearly enough shares to account for the large sales we've been seeing since January, and their options are all way below water.

I agree that the lack of 10K and, in another week, the next 10Q, are frustrating. If we could see those numbers, a lot of questions might be answered. The company, however, HAS assured shareholders (they even issued a WRITTEN reply to a letter from me) that the filings are "forthcoming."

Interesting times are ahead, for sure.
