'The Company has options outstanding for the purchase of 1,457,500 common shares of the Company, pursuant to a stock option plan at option prices ranging from $0.15 to $0.40. These options expire at various dates through to January 2003. In addition, the Company has 2,431,650 warrants or rights outstanding at prices ranging from $0.50 to $0.60. The warrants or rights expire at various dates through to August 1999.' 17,302,900 shares currently available making market cap around $64.8 million. A userbase last confirmed at 50,000 with double digit growth rates, a strengthening balance sheet and a very attractive business model. My guess is that the management will have significant plans before they exercise those options. I have seen their Management and Directors and am confident that they have what it takes to pull this off. We'll probably see 3Web in Toronto very soon......that's where all the attention is (relatively speaking). I have been hearing that they will go through University campuses in most cities. If so, that would be a great idea since the University populations of Ontario alone are over 200,000. A great place to start a low cost campaign in a market. They will be in direct competition with some real bigwigs though. Enough ISPs will be in direct opposition to them, however, when comparing their valuations to 3Web's........I do believe we are in for a nice ride. Good Luck to all and safe investing! 19734550
