I did pull the trigger on GS

and what happens is Datek offers 10 free trades. When I read that RT got 20 free trades, I called to complain and received 10 more. But since Datek is "relieving me" of the $2,300 profit I made on the GS IPO, I think 230 free trades would be more appropriate.

I e-mailed a complaint to the SEC - This can not be legal. I have accidentally bought and sold stock before (2 separate instances) and there is no way for us to weasel out of such mistakes - (actually, I made money on one of these mistakes)

Think about it - I bought GS at 53 and sold it at 76+, the next day Datek reverses the transaction when the stock price is 62 - If Datek did not have the GS shares to sell to me then they in-effect shorted GS (they do it all the time) - If Datek did not actually have their act together with Goldman Sachs, then they have a personal problem - what Datek did to their customers amounts to misrepresentation at best and it could be considered fraud.

If others express interest in a collective complaint or class action, please let me know.

Thanks
