Just got off the phone with Jim at JDX. I pushed and pushed trying to get a date or any time frame out of him but got nothing. He just said "it could happen tomorrow or 3 months from now". I said I don't want to hold if you are going to take 6 months to make a deal. He laughed and said there is no way it would be 6 months. The only other thing of interest that he mentioned is that they wanted a deal that would "give the greatest POP for the shareholders". I'm still holding...just not as many as I had before. If the recent price trend keeps up I may just get my shares in the .70's after all. Best Regards KEITH
