C'mon Edwarda...

They avoided the *obvious* pitfalls!? Don't you think that they should have *avoided* using Business Wire then?? I would call **using** Business Wire for a fraudulent press release or "parody" and slandering Business Wire's trademarks as pretty obviously NOT AVOIDING THE OBVIOUS pitfalls... Oh, I get it...It's peachy keen that they didn't cause any investors harm, (that is in and of itself arguable because time is money, and alot of time was wasted,) but it is Okay that they caused Business Wire harm by setting Business Wire up for embarrassment with an authentic sounding press release that would have required a highly trained investigative staff to prove otherwise. How noble. (not)

I think that Business Wire is going to come out smelling like a rose (@)~>~~ and that the Webnoders are going to regret feigning around with Business Wire and their trademarks.

Smoke and mirrors, Edwarda. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time.
