A number of new respondents to this thread by default post to me, Don DeKold, because my name is on the opening message which started this forum. Although I have been quiet for months and have privately experienced my satisfaction in seeing CY lift off, I feel it is time to speak out on a few matters.

With CY in the C$2.00-2.50 range after the burst through C$3.50 last month, many people that I placed in the stock have either called or e-mailed me asking what to expect or what to do. Essentially I've told those individuals to sit tight and see what happens.

Now that the stock has burst forward over $1.00 in the first several days of the new month, I received a number of additional messages asking whether this move signals a major announcement or simply that the pros are loading up at the beginning of the month. My answer to everyone has been: "both".

To add to whatever insight I might have, I conferred with the person who originally placed me into Cybersurf several years ago to see what he thought about the company and its stock at this moment in time.

His response can be broken down to several key points that might provide some insight into where CY might be headed.

1.) He first advised me that people shouldn't be selling at these levels, indicating that the company should trade perhaps as high as C$25 by the end of the summer.

2.) Point "1" is based on the belief that Baton and Telus are not in this to have the company bought out for under $1 billion. He said that the very fact that they are involved with the company and obviously highly committed will push the stock way higher.

3.) He strongly reiterated that this play is not about current earnings, but about positioning for future commercial activity and about patents.

Hence, for all of the above reasons, the share price could conceivably soar in the short run to what appears to be totally unjustified levels.

There you have it.
