Hey! I did fine! The facts are this: the BOD had a higher offer from STM and ALL the shareholders would have made a lot more money if the BOD had taken that offer.

IMO without PHG this stock would have been at $30 before year end. PHG got a good deal and the BOD colluded with them in shafting the stockholders. In likelihood if they would have accepted STM's offer of $22, PHG would have offered $23, so that $2 a share would make a big difference to those of us who held large positions.

If you don't like my point of view, argue with the facts; don't call names. There's something worse than whining, though, and that's... your behavior! Please don't spoil what was a wonderful thread by picking fights at the end.
