unusal for sure! i don't want to say they were "vague" with explanation but awfully confusing. said basically they were misled by GS. where the responsibility shakes-out i don't know (really don't care), but i feel Datek is responsible on my end. i didn't solicit the shares, they contacted me. what a mess.
