I do not expect 100,000 doctors from Wellpoint alone. I just expect Medix/Cymedix to sign up more HMO's and hopefully more in the top 4. If they get only get one more shortly they have the best position of all. Healtheon for example has not signed any of the top 4 to my knowledge. I woould venture to guess that the top 4 has about 5-600,000 doctors. 100,000 is then 20-25% marketshare. Cymedix has the best software in my opinion and the one who owns the doctors desktop will have many new possibilities such as advertising revenue etc etc.
Margins are high and Cymedix is in the lead having signed Wellpoint. One more and they would have 50% of the top 4 - that's powerful. It just baffles me that Healtheon has a $ 3b marketcap and Medix $ 17M.

Lets say $ 0.20/click, two modules and 5 clicks per doctor per module per day:

2,000 doctors: daily revenue: $ 4k - annual (300 days): $ 1.2M
10,000 doctors: daily revenue: $ 20k - annual (300 days): $ 6M
25,000 doctors: daily revenue: $ 50k - annual (300 days): $ 15M
50,000 doctors: daily revenue: $ 100k - annual (300 days): $ 30M
75,000 doctors: daily revenue: $ 150k - annual (300 days): $ 45M
100,000 doctors: daily revenue: $ 200k - annual (300 days): $ 60M

More modules = more revenue Advertising = more revenue

The prospects are pretty huge - not a done deal but they lead out of the gate
