Lorne, if you want to say that you are a sceptic and you are not sure that the sun will come up in the morning then that is fine.
If, however, you come on a thread, where you sometimes claim to be a shareholder and slime and slander the CEO and the entire management team, in a forum where they cannot respond--and when challenged you offer nothing more than an allegation that you heard hearsay--what do you accomplish by that?
If you don't realize that that is criminal slander and defamation then it is a small wonder that you have no inkling of how court cases turn out or any other priciples of common law.
The right words are "I apologize"
I'm certain that you would be offended if someone was making unfounded allegations about you in printed form and broadcasting them to the world.
