No problem.

1st Wheaton River holds 62.5% interest in YGC Resources which equates to approximately 7 million shares of the approximately 11 million shares outstanding on YGC. Public float is VERY small.

2nd Management is pretty much identical with the exception of 2 or 3 directors.

Once we start to see YGC ,Arauco, and North American Metals start to
perk up WRM will firm up more!
