Josef, It's a done deal.
It is official, the ink is dry. The deal I never though would happen, is done. Jed done bought him a hunk-O-mountain land with two cabins. It sits right next to the land he bought last year. Ol' Jed was going to build a cabin on the land he bought last year but now he doesn't have to. Then for a cheery on top, on the 27th if there are no problems on the seller's end, the little valley below will be Jed's as well.

MRS. BLUE is worried I'll leave our fancy front range digs for the land and cabin in the high country. She's worried I'll go up for a few days and not come back. I must admit, the thought has crossed my mind. It is just so wild up there it is hard to leave it.
