<I am glad that people who OWN stock in Cistron are starting to make decisions> According to the last 10K Galton was the third largest shareholder with 1.4 million shares. It's true that Carney had a very small number of share, but he too was a shareholder. Franklin J. Iris had no share to speak of according to the latest 10K. I am sure his new employment contract will change that and it did with Galton. Rothschild was not even mentioned in the last 10K. So, if he owns shares it is not very much (relatively speaking). While Isidore S. Edelman, M.D is the second largest shareholder in Cistron. He has been the second largest shareholder for years, but has not made a positive impact. At least not any more than Galton. So, why are you so happy about the number of shares owned by the new leadership? How do you know these people are making decisions and how do you know that Galton was not let go because he wanted to make changes that the directors did not want? God forbid that they become a business instead of a research foundation.
