If they sell the MII design team, they are selling Cyrix.. without the cores, the PCOAC doesn't work ;)

Maybe the PCOAC will be a one hit wonder (like MediaGX) with no follow up. It may bring enough media attention to move the stock way up, in order for Halla to exercise his options (that incidently have been repriced to a lower base).

They are churning out new shares like crazy now, and unlike Intel, they are not buying back any to keep the float steady.
