no, they want the stock to go down.. every good company official wants their stock to go down. They don't want to retire.. they don't want to see their hard work pay off. They want to piss off shareholders and go out of business. It always amazes me when people seem discontent with accepting that a company might want its equity to go up. And Heaven forbid they do anything that might do just that. this message is benign.. I dont wish to argue with anyone and yes I realize that alot of bb companies do simply exist so they can sell their stock. Best wishes to everyone whether they buy or sell this stock because of the news of DELL or because of the forward split. I'm in at 7 1/4... so if the company wants to get its price up.. fine by me. I won't be left at the top, cuz I'm not greedy. jim
