Wayne - I don't need logs to know - I know. Whoever was on the offer at 3 1/8 and didn't move for a half hour had the seller. you seem to need the logs. I don't. I have friends in the right places. Since the company is non reporting, the seller could be a 504 PR guy or numerous other exempt registrations.
