I am not sure people realize just how big this bill is. When this bill passes, essentially AOL has its' cable deal. And there is no doubt it will pass, there is a ton of support on both sides of congress. My guess is that to stop it, AT&T will quickly make a deal with AOL on its' own. Sort of like what happened to health care when people started talking about national health care. Then the HMO's were formed (ie. the insurance companies own solution - what a joke).
