If the additional shares are used to make a purchase of another company that adds substantially to QWST then it is not dilution. The purchase of LCI, for example, turned into a positive.

Look at it this way: if you use a billion dollars in stock to buy a billion dollar company, you haven't diluted anything. Hopefully, tho, the new acquisition adds to your company so you together end up making much more money.
