AT&T at 61 15/16 is a strong buy long term. Better yet is UMG, BUY IT NOW, get AT&T shares at the end of March,2000, plus 30.85$ in cash. I have AT&T and UMG both, but adding to UMG position,since I believe the merger will go through without significant problems. Badshah
