Ron, Bill told me 1) "I won't transfer the processor to the partnership unless it's in proven working order," and 2) the processor has to be transferred by March 31 in order to book the income to the 1st Q. Nevertheless, I think your 1st Q estimate of $0.16/share is high and may lead to disappointment. I'll be happy to see a few cents in the black (I'm sticking to that estimate), and would be extremely surprised by $0.10 or more, unless they are booking other income I don't know about or expect (unlikely) to finish and ship the second processor by the end of the month. =+=+=Norm
