Indeed, good to know that you are still out and about hunting down the nasty convertibles.

There's no doubt that the money can be accessed. In fact, it appears to be the only thing that mgmt can do to stay afloat. The questions in my mind are, if they do so, will it be seen by existing investors as a smart move or as an act of desperation? And, having bought some time, will the estimates on trade volumes and revenues come to fruition? Lastly, what makes this company worth 5-6 times more than its valuation 6 weeks ago? All of this adds up to at least a near term short for me. Longer term potential remains to be seen.
