It seems that the plants and equipment is no more than three maybe five years old and does account for a big chunk of the book value. Looking more into the details of their head count and sales, I am surprised that they have such small losses when their sales per employee are about $38 K. What also struck me is that their backlog has been decimated (from $55 MM two years ago, to $44 MM last year to $20 at their last 10K). Maybe the market think that their sales are not going to reach 50% of last year sales with such a small backlog. Are they losing market share to competition? They sure need some head count reduction if they hope to survive.

I think I can understand why the market has pushed this issue down that much. Anyone knows if they have a fighting chance to get back to sales levels in the $300 to $400 MM (for which I believe they have capacity)?
