Sure looks that way, don't it. When the buy/sell pattern is this erratic, and involves a few specific houses in such all-or-nothing fashion, then it certainly means someone knows (or thinks they know) something of great interest. It looked as though some got out on the down drift expecting to come back in lower. The day end jump may have scared a few of them!
