Tony,

As a publically traded company Maxam like any other company is required to report all material information that may effect the value of the company within limits of course. I do not believe that they can under report any more than they can over report findings. They are obligated to report their findings as is. Companies that don't do this are typically not around very long.

If Maxam now has a change in chemistry that will effect the cost of metal extraction then they were obligated to report that. I believe the news would have had an extremely positive effect on the stock price if there had been some kind of independent analysis done on the previously reported process. Since there is great concern and in many cases disbelief of the former process this would suggest that this news would have little if any effect on the price of the stock.

I believe that Dale could do well to contact someone of great credibility and not subject to bias to do an informal verification of the process and that could significantly help the value of the company stock. It is my belief that such an extraction method could totally revalutionize mining and that a respected member of acadamia from the chemistry department of a University could be readily persuaded to perform an informal review of the process. I am sure that they would love to be able to write an analysis of history in the making and be a great coupe for the physical and geological sciences.

Just my humble opinion,

Chuck
