I have tried antitrust cases and rest assured I am not that concerned about T being considered a monopoly. Your hyperbole that T is a monopoly is wishful thinking. It's a dream - a wished fulfillment. Your ignorance shows. So can it. You have no concept or idea what the Justice Department may consider monopolistic or not. You're right - FCC will not approve a monopoly. However, you're conclusion that T is a monopoly is misguided at best. Read the case law, look at historical conclusions of law and then tell me that T is a monopoly. Bottom line is you're dead wrong!!
