Confluence, Make sure that MII has a guarantor before investing, and find out if the guaranty will be granted on a continuing basis. Also ascertain if there will be any form of compensation to the guarantor. There was a "going concern" warning in the 1997 annual report, and the 1998 results haven't helped Mond's financial situation. Regards, John
