That's the point I was trying to make. No Bruce, no operating plans. Please, just realize shareholder value commensurate with the cash and patent position.

I don't begrudge Galton the thank you for leading through the lawsuits and solidifying the patent position through vindication in court. What else does Cistron have?

So let him get paychecks on four more Friday nights, and honor his employment contract. If the company is sold for a buck, it won't matter that they loaned Galton the money to exercise his options.

But focus on selling the company, as a whole or in pieces, and send me my share!
