Thank you very much for your info.MRN is trading today.I tried to get as much information I could.I called to MRN in Boise,Idaho and they gave me 1 800 719 2530 to call and I got a recorded message which is basically what you mentioned but not in a clear detail form as you explained.I own about 13000 shares and I will hang onto it until everything settles down.Hopefully,this does not take too long.
