I can see that happening.... of course, it will be up to the market to bring that market to fruition. At the same time, I could see a further upward spiral. As you know, I'm a little out of phase with the stock market right now.... I'm flat, looking for a direction..... whatever it may be. I've been flat for long enough that my gut reaction is to buy, but that may not be the right reaction... we'll see.

now hold on a minute there! <g> the dow (theoretical- i'm assuming that's what your forecast is based on) closed today at around 10946... a decline to 7800 by 10/10/99 would be -almost- a 29% decline in 5.6 months, or 166 calendar days. Certainly, that would be a good bear market.... but a BK... I dunno. To me, a BK would be if you told me that we're going to 7800 next week, or next month... now that's
