Update:

CTRN continues to be delisted from the Nasdaq. It is, however, trading on the Pink Sheets. That is why you are getting the quote information, which is correct.

They are now in a 90 day review period with Nasdaq that began on February 11. I guess at the end of this review, Nasdaq will determine whether they can re-list.

10-K is expected to be filed at the end of March.
