From my government WWW authority, try: dtic.dla.mil hpcc.gov ftp.arpa.mil The $15M/4 year program is specifically for the consortium that ATMI leads. It is R&D preliminary work. There will certainly need to be more $$$ and time spend to turn the consortium's developments into commercial products. Right now, the partners are using the developments from this program and taking them in-house to continue their own proprietary development of the next-generation memory chips. Dean
