A friend just called me and during the conversation told me the qcom employee lawsuit is on the news tonight in San Diego, and from what she could see, yes it is true the 1400 transferred did not receive their options (meaning they were not immediately vested) and the exectives in the deal were excluded from this treatment, receiving some sort of golden parachute etc. I have never heard of this happening in high technology, it is blatant arrogance towards the employees. As a shareholder I am going to look into this, do you have a local paper there online? Thanks Michelle
