Hi Mike, Disclaimer I have Ashton in a Long position in my portfolio. However, if it goes down, I'll feel admiration for your conviction to short it. Should it go up, and it has about 300% so far for me, I hope you'll feel the same for me. About 6 weeks ago was the SEC approval, and about 2 weeks after that in a publication, the CEO mentioned July 1 as the start date. Still waiting for the Philly to come out with the official announcement, but these 2 events might have played a part in the rise. Regards Rob
