Lance,

As best as I can tell, it appears that you are definitely penalized on future IPO allocations if you flip. Wit does state that it discourages flipping defined as within sixty days of the IPO.

From other people's comments it appears that for sixty days from the day you flip an IPO stock, your IOIs are placed behind all of those people who have not flipped. This makes it very hard for you to get allocations regardless of how early you are in submitting your conditional offer. Wit has started to enforce its flipping policy and people who have flipped are definitely missing out on subsequent allocations.

This is not official information in any way, it's simply observation based on other's comments and the information that Wit has provided.

Cheers,

Jesse
