Tom, Mr. Smith has 141,100 shares..Feb 19th he sold 100,000 at 36.25 he has 950,638 sharss in options he has sold 38 million in stock since 2/95.. Deshpande has 970,906 shares very little in options and over 34 million in past sales.. Mr. Champa has 64,800 shares left and about 2 million in options value.thats not shares..about 2 million in past sales once again not shares.Mr,. Champa is the VP of Sales...nice huh Hope thats helpful...Scott
