Dale, you remember the large drops in July of the last 3 years. I did some sleuthing and have some answers. The 1998 drop was on July 9th due to two downgrades on that day biz.yahoo.com The 1997 drop was on July 10th. Reason not yet found. The 1996 drop occurred over 7 days starting July 8th. WMAR finalized acquisition of E&B on June 17th. Gottfried
