Colin--

Never meant to imply you were wrong about the SEC...if I do end up calling back then I may very well have the same shortchanged, negative attitude about them. All I was saying is that I'm impressed that they even took the time to call me back. I can't believe that I as a normal shareholder would be of any interest to the SEC--that they would "use" me to try to see if there is anything else of interest to them.

Besides, what press release ever said DCTC was under investigation? Everything I've read sounds like they found something they didn't like and are giving the company two weeks to restate--was there any implication that the SEC is investigating the company or any of its broker-dealers or shareholder's trading practices??

I very much respect your knowledge in this subject area and I certainly wouldn't want to cause any further "trouble" by talking with the SEC, but I just can't believe anything could come of a conversation with them other than me understanding better what the heck is going on. And I certainly don't believe the phone call = one week added trading suspension. I just may decide not to waste my time or theirs tomorrow, but I think as a taxpayer and shareholder I have a right to do so.
